Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

The short version

1. Who runs Fruitfall

Fruitfall is made and published by Liron Abolnik, Israel (“we”, “us”). Contact: abolnikliron@gmail.com. By playing the game you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

2. Playing the game

We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive and revocable permission to play Fruitfall for your own enjoyment. The web game has no accounts, purchases or advertising. Your progress is saved in your browser; clearing your browser data, switching browser or device can remove it, and we cannot restore it. Use Export in your profile to keep a copy.

3. Videos, streams and screenshots

You may record, stream and post videos and screenshots of yourself playing Fruitfall, including on monetised channels, as long as you don’t present them as official Fruitfall content and don’t sell the game’s art on its own. Tagging us is always appreciated.

4. What you may not do

5. Ownership

The Fruitfall name, logo, game design, artwork, characters, sounds, music and code are owned by us or used under licence. The bundled fonts Kalam and Patrick Hand are used under the SIL Open Font License. Nothing in these terms transfers any of these rights to you.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, so levels, modes, scoring and features can change, and the game may sometimes be unavailable. We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

7. No warranty

Fruitfall is provided free and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be error-free or keep your progress.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of saved progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer where you live.

9. Health

Take breaks. The game includes moving and flashing effects; if you are sensitive to them, turn on Reduced motion & effects in Settings › Accessibility.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

11. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
